Payment & Shipping Times
We accept most credit/debit cards and we can also offer credit terms, based on an independent credit assessment after your 2nd invoice is fully paid. Please note that for credit card transactions a processing fee may be imposed. This will be clearly defined at checkout.
We aim to process your order within 24 hours of receipt (although within our usual offer hours of 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday). Please note, we do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Local/Public Holidays.
Lead Times vary based on manufacturer – we can hold stock for popular items, but for others the lead time will be communicated on the website or through our sales channels. Please contact sales@controltech.uk.com for further information on product-specific lead times.

Please send any returns, along with an accompanying completed RMA form to the following address. Please note that any returns without a completed RMA will delay processing.

Refunds and Shipments
If you have ordered items from us that you no longer need, want or are unhappy with, please contact us to arrange refund and returning the goods.
We accept non-fault items back from our customers within 14 days of delivery, however the items must be in a condition that would be suitable for the item to be resold. The item should not be personalised and should be in their original undamaged packaging.
Any orders returned after 14 days are not entitled to any refund.

UK Shipping
Order Confirmations
You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order to the email address you have provided. We reserve the right to decline any order and all orders are subject to our standard Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Shipping Methods and Charges
For all UK mainland delivery addresses, standard delivery is £15.00 (ex VAT) up to a total weight of 8KG. Orders with a weight over 8KG will be quoted on an ad-hoc basis.
Expedited delivery (e.g. next day if stocks allow) will have additional charges added.
For all deliveries we will require a signature on delivery and orders placed over the weekend or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
If a parcel is lost/undelivered please advises as soon as possible so we can coordinate with the courier.
Shipping Outside of UK
Shipping costs will be added to each order based on destination and volume.
