Returns

Please send any returns, along with an accompanying completed RMA form (link here) to the following address. Please note that any returns without a completed RMA will delay processing.

Refunds and Shipments

If you have ordered items from us that you no longer need, want or are unhappy with, please contact us to arrange refund and returning the goods.

We accept non-fault items back from our customers within 14 days of delivery, however the items must be in a condition that would be suitable for the item to be resold. The item should not be personalised and should be in their original undamaged packaging.

Any orders returned after 14 days are not entitled to any refund.
